More Tragic Aviation News!

Rainy conditions may have lead to tragedy when a Bangkok Airways ATR72 turboprop skidded off the runway while attempting a landing. The twin-engine plane crashed into an ATC tower, killing the pilot, and sending seven others, including the first officer, to the hospital.

The accident occurred at Samui Airport in Thailand. Airline spokesmen say the pilot had 19 years of experience.
